This Mouse Fc Receptor-Like Protein 1 ELISA Kit from Innovative Research is intended for quantitative detection of mouse FCRL1 in cell culture supernates, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA). Strip well format. Reagents for up to 96 tests.
This mouse FCRL1 ELISA Kit was based on standard sandwich enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay technology. A monoclonal antibody from rat specific for FCRL1 has been precoated onto 96-well plates. Standards(Expression system for standard: NSO, Immunogen sequence: A17-S219) and test samples are added to the wells, a biotinylated detection polyclonal antibody from goat specific for FCRL1 is added subsequently and then followed by washing with PBS or TBS buffer. Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex was added and unbound conjugates were washed away with PBS or TBS buffer. HRP substrate TMB was used to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that changed into yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The density of yellow is proportional to the human Fibronectin amount of sample captured in plate.

Additional Information: The capture antibody is a monoclonal antibody from rat, the detection antibody is a biotinylated detection polyclonal antibody from goat. Expression system for standard: Fc receptor-like protein 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the FCRL1 gene. It is mapped to 3; 3 F1.This gene encodes a member of the immunoglobulin receptor superfamily and is one of several Fc receptor-like glycoproteins clustered on the long arm of chromosome 1. The encoded protein contains three extracellular C2-like immunoglobulin domains, a transmembrane domain and a cytoplasmic domain with two immunoreceptor-tyrosine activation motifs. This protein may play a role in the regulation of cancer cell growth. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. ; Immunogen sequence: 369
